Voiger (“Voiger”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a UAE-based provider of cloud contact centre and voice engagement technology. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of Personal Data processed through our platform.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, store, transfer, and protect Personal Data in connection with our website, Voiger Voice Platform, Voiger AI Bot services, Voiger Intelligence (Analytics add-on), integrations, APIs, and communications.

This Policy is designed to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), TDRA regulations, GDPR (where applicable), and other relevant laws.

2. Data Controller & Processor Role

Voiger acts as a Data Processor when delivering services on behalf of customers. Customers remain the Data Controller and are responsible for lawful data collection and usage.

Voiger acts as a Data Controller for website visitors, marketing communications, business development activities, and partnership data.

3. Types of Personal Data We Process

We may process:

  • Account Information (name, email, phone, job title, company)
  • Billing Information
  • Platform Usage Data (IP, login timestamps, device data)
  • Call Recordings (if enabled)
  • Transcriptions, AI summaries, sentiment analysis (if enabled)
  • Support communications

4. Purpose of Processing

Personal Data is processed to:

  • Deliver Voiger Voice services
  • Operate IVR, routing, campaigns and CRM integrations
  • Provide AI transcription and analytics (add-on)
  • Manage billing and customer support
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and fraud prevention

5. Legal Basis For Processing

Processing is conducted based on:

  • Contractual necessity
  • Legal obligation
  • Legitimate interests
  • Explicit consent (where required, including call recording notifications)

  • Telecom carriers (BYOC or Voiger numbers)

Voiger does not sell Personal Data.

Where data is transferred outside the UAE, appropriate safeguards, encryption standards, and contractual protections are applied in compliance with UAE PDPL and GDPR where applicable.

Retention periods depend on service configuration and legal obligations.

  • Account data – retained while active
  • Call recordings – per customer settings
  • Billing records – minimum 7 years (UAE compliance)
  • AI analytics outputs – per configuration
